Custom products begin production immediately, so changes or cancellations may not be possible after the order is placed.

  • Hate symbols, threats, or violent materials

  • Images of minors without parental consent

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by weather, customs, or carriers

If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because all cases are custom-created, all sales are final.

We only offer replacements or refunds if:

  • There is a mistake on our part
  • The wrong product was shipped

We do not refund for:

  • Typos, design mistakes, or low-quality images uploaded by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Change of mind

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

All images, designs, logos, product descriptions, and content on Olivia’s Case Lab are owned by us and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy or reuse our content without written permission.

Custom designs created by you remain your intellectual property.
By uploading them, you give us permission to print and ship your product.

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data
  • Website downtime
  • Shipping delays
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Issues caused by user-uploaded designs

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

12. Dispute Resolution

If we cannot reach an agreement:

  • Legal claims can only be made individually, not as part of a class action
